Students from the American Farm School in Greece as well as students from Kyiv Vocational School tested the first three Modules produced by the EnCycLEd project. Check out their feedback!
Cybersecurity Training at the Kyiv Vocational School, Ukraine
The initial testing of the EnCycLEd modules — “What is cybersecurity?”, “Who is behind it?” and “What can we do about it?” — was carried out at the Kiev Vocational School, EnCycLED’s partner in Ukraine. Positive feedback from both students and educators highlighted the modules’ effectiveness in:
A game-based approach allows students to explore protection mechanisms in cyberspace while reflecting on their own role in maintaining digital security. The valuable suggestions from KVS’ teachers will be integrated into the next piloting phase to be held in the schools involved in the EnCycLEd Project — ensuring that the modules are even more engaging. This phase of the project marks another important step in empowering students to navigate the digital world responsibly.
Cybersecurity Training at the American Farm School, Thessaloniki
7th-grade students (13 years old) took part in interactive 90-minute workshops testing three modules:
1️⃣ What is Cybersecurity?
2️⃣ Who Was It?
3️⃣ What Can We Do Against It?
Students explored cybersecurity through stories, comics, games, and debates, showing great engagement!
The experience showed the strong potential of EnCycLEd resources to raise digital awareness in schools.
