Work Package 1 (WP1) deals with the Project Management, in which the project requirements will be defined, the appropriate methods and resources selected, and a time plan developed and monitored. The WP1 will also ensure that continuous evaluation of the project is carried out in all areas: organisational, technical and dissemination activities. Not only partners, but also end-users will be involved in WP1 through their feedback. To further increase organisation, milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be introduced and monitored. The milestones will focus on the critical progress points that need to be achieved, while the KPIs will determine whether the planned results will be communicated by all other partners through evaluation questionnaires and meetings.
